ARV, launched in 2005, is committed to featuring cutting-edge products and services. ARV has the necessary infrastructure of websites and suppliers that will provide the basis of expansion for ABOL. Anything RV, Inc. experienced an increase in sales of over 300% for the first quarter of 2008 when measured against the same period of 2007. Terms of the deal involved an exchange of shares between the two companies. Anything RV, Inc. is owned by Aspen Enterprises, LLC and Jean Morgan is the managing partner of that company and President of Anything Brands Online, Inc.
